Farm Tables - Harvest Tables - Handcrafted Custom Farm Tables & Fine Furniture

Having been a woodworker all my life, I decided, after a very short period, that retirement was a little boring and decided to focus my energy and talents on creating Tradionayll styled Farm Tables and harvest tables. Custom work has now become a speciality to satisfy client’s desire to add their own flavour and style. This demand has lead to my Restoration Tables, Tuscan Tables, as new additions to my standard Farm Table and harvest table offerings.

Farm Tables... the Farm Tables; I consider as the early, more primitive types tables, which were constructed to fulfil a very basic need for their owners for a place to eat and more often than not a work place...the centre of daily life. They have a simple elegance which allows them to fit in with almost any decor. Their functionality also allows the simple farm table to be transformed into kitchen islands, coffee and end tables, desk, wine tables. The list is endless.

Harvest Tables...the Harvest Table I consider to be a natural progression or evolution of the more primitive farm table. It has refinements, such a turned legs, optional scalloped skirting and quite often different woods were introduced along with more involved woodworking techniques. The very name Harvest Table brings to mind great Thanksgiving meal with fiends and family celebrating the country of the land.
